Leizhan’s double-disc refiner adopts the current advanced pulping technology, which can improve the pulp production quality and meet the pulp requirements of the paper production line. The part of the double disc refiner that contacts the pulp is made of stainless steel, which is not easy to corrode. The double disc refiner adopts an openable cover design, which is convenient for replacing the grinding disc.

The double disc refiner has advanced configuration. The motor adopts SEW motor imported from Europe with low energy consumption; it adopts Japanese oil-immersed bearings and German IFM sensors. The double disc refiner is also equipped with automatic advance retreat device to adjust the gap in the middle.
