This effectively reduces fiber loss and maximizes the retention of usable fibers while efficiently removing impurities. Leizhan’s low density cleaner systems are typically configured with two or three stages connected in series for step-by-step purification, ensuring optimal slag removal performance.

Leizhan’s low density cleaner has a wide applicable slurry concentration range (0.4%–1.2%), and only requires an inlet pressure of approximately 0.2 MPa to create the vortex required for efficient separation. The main body of Leizhan’s low density cleaner is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, enhancing the equipment’s wear and corrosion resistance. The discharge cone of the low density cleaner is made of ceramic, ensuring an ultra-long service life in high-wear areas.
