The pulping line provided by Leizhan is the first complete set of Chinese equipment production line for a 6600mm paper machine on the market. This pulping line mainly includes 127m³ D-type pulper continuous pulping system (including continuous hydraulic grapple system), pressure screen, RF38 double-disc refiner, inflow pressure screen and agitator and other important equipment.

The pulping line takes only 3 hours from chain conveyor loading to finished pulp tower, which can greatly improve the automation level and production efficiency of paper mills, and thus improve the product quality of finished paper. The successful operation of the pulping line also created a new industry record for China’s pulping equipment.
