Leizhan’s low density cleaner mainly uses pulp consistency below 1.2%, and can be used for both coarse and fine screening. The pulp mainly enters through the pulp inlet along the tangential direction, and gravity can be used to improve the slag removal effect.

The lower end of the low density cleaner is made of ceramic cone, which has strong corrosion resistance. At the same time, the upper end in contact with the pulp is made of 304 stainless steel, which is strong and durable. The number of cones of the low density cleaner can be adjusted.
