The broken paper pulper adopts double-action rotor structure. When the rotor rotates, mechanical force is generated between some blades and the screen plate to break down the fibers. Part of the blades produce a suction effect, which strengthens the friction between fibers.

Advantages of this Broken Pulper

1. Adopting an optimized rotor shape, it can achieve high turbulence effect with the lowest power consumption.
2. Use high suction rate to greatly increase the friction between fibers, so that the pulp disintegration does not only rely on the mechanical force between the rotor and the screen plate.
3. Supplemented by new pulp tank structure, the contact frequency between the rotor and the pulp is increased to a certain extent.
