The energy-saving kraft paper machine’s feed dryer dryness is ≥44-48%, an improvement of 4-6 percentage points compared to traditional models. Steam consumption per ton of paper is reduced by more than 15%, and the finished paper dryness reaches 92%, reducing post-drying energy consumption. The energy-saving kraft paper machine maintains a width-to-width moisture difference of ≤±1.0% and a basis weight difference of ≤±1.5%, ensuring uniformity across the entire width. The energy-saving kraft paper machine uses ZWZ (Wafangdian) brand bearings, which are high-load-bearing capacity and heat-resistant.
